Sagewood House is a warm, inclusive home for up to four young people with emotional and behavioural needs. Located in a quiet residential area of Winchester, Hampshire — a city known for its safety, community spirit, and cultural heritage — the home provides a calm, stable and welcoming environment that feels like a family home.

Each young person has their own private bedroom, with shared spaces including a cosy lounge, open-plan kitchen and dining area, and a large garden for play and relaxation. We deliver individualised, therapeutically informed care guided by the PACE model, and support access to education, life skills, and community engagement.

With excellent local schools, health services, and access to nearby parks, clubs, and day trips across the South, Sagewood House offers a safe and enriching setting where young people can feel grounded and supported.
